What This Privacy Policy Covers

• This policy covers how Triumphe treats personal information that Triumphe collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Triumphe products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

Information Collection and Use

     General

• Triumphe collects personal information when you register with Triumphe, when you use Triumphe products or services, when you visit Triumphe pages or the pages of certain Triumphe partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. Triumphe may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
• When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, zip code, etc. For some financial products and services we may also ask for your address, Social Security number, and information about your assets. Once you register with Triumphe and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

• You can edit your Triumphe Account Information at any time.
• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Triumphe service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Triumphe Newsletter, that are considered part of your Triumphe account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
• You can delete your Triumphe account by visiting our Account Deletion page.
